  • You have to change in seeing that it’s going to end. The idea is not to start changing when you start struggling. Rather, change before. I take action to have connection.
  • For this all to work, you have to be with me. You are part o my family. I want the people around me to be doing well and I am an example of it.

  • Use training as a rock to detach from uncertainty. When you need that extra little push to make the call. If you’re not where you want to be, there’s info missing. Grow by expanding that info.   • Do something unique to me. Crush the pattern so it dissolves away.
  • I am good enough to love my situation. Love my work. Dive into it and love success. That’s how there’s no inner conflict. It’s a relief to be conscious of gaps because we’re seeing the space between where we are and where we actually want to be. How can I bridge that gap? Time and skills. It’s my mission to talk to everyone about what I’m doing. I’m pumped about it. It’s energy from the earth. We fill the gap between where we are and good health with self love.
  • In interactions with heart and self care and filling to gap with self love, it’s not a funnel for success and there’s no need to do extra.
  • Model someone rather than copying what they’re doing. Buy into the task you’re seeing modeled and aiming to understand. Don’t copy the exact thing. Copy the layout and copy the foundations of what’s working. That is modeling. Focus on proven success and celebrating what works. Take the blueprint and recreate it. Love the template of others and see how it’s working for them. I can still utilize templates and feel freedom.
  • Ask questions prompting agreement and positive envisioning to empower people by eliminating their fears. Maybe it’s less ego to model something that works
  • I make the choice to creatively love rather than compromise success for the need to egotistically use creative methods just to feel as I’m doing it in a way linked to me. I’d rather creatively love something that works.
  • Be different. Put yourself out there so luck can happen. The journey is success. Self awareness and presence is the plan.

  • Your brain was to be done when there’s pain or discomfort. Ignore the doubt and keep going

  • Don’t resent other people or things for not having time for things I love
  • Create a list of things that make me feel more alive that I can get done with no time excuse

  • When supporting anybody, praise effort rather than result. i.e. you worked so hard in that basketball game

  • Maybe money makes you more of who you already are, what you already as is based on how clean your perspective is so that you see you are your life, if you have health and money then it’s ok. Do you feel you deserve to be successful?
  • What’s in it for the other person? Why am I different?
  • Where in your life does your mind wander? Watch that for great lines not only shutting it down/ I can watch it and take some away not just block it out. Notice which contexts/places have productive thoughts vs. destructive thoughts.
  • Think, prioritize, delegate, let it go.
  • “Should be” is included in negative talk. Wanting to be somewhere else is negative talk. The more we think the thought, the bigger it becomes. I need to free myself from what others are thinking about me. Never assume someone else is connecting the dots.
  • 10x= fulfillment
  • Most important aspect to being successful is to feel confident in myself. The whole brand is me.
  • Kick the excuses aside and be all in
  • Knowledge. Attract. Action. We attract what we imagine. Attract. Imagine. Network. Imagine daily routine regularly. Don’t procrastinate habits.
  • Passively appreciating assets.
  • People don’t care about me. They want a reward. I’m the same way about others.
  • Speak to someone ahead of me regularly
  • Continue what is working. Still having visions even as a person’s doing well
  • It’s the identification of my gift that opens my life. Living is my gift. Implement it! My gift is the thing I do amazing with the least amount of effort. My gift is natural. My gift makes room for me to do well. There’s strong reward for a major jump. Once I do well, it’s hard to be mediocre.
  • It’s good to want to be financially successful. What’s my motivation no matter what the challenge is? Stop trying to think of a way to be a millionaire. Rather see some success and then do do do.
  • Gratitude so big, the problems are small by comparison. Look through difficulty.
  • Marketing is about consistently checking in to verify I grasped their attention. Full attention. Complete attention. Where can I go to be seen? Not hiding under the radar. Don’t make attention. Get attention and extend it. Multiply it. Getting material out to the public rather than editing is more important than getting it right. As long as I’m still creating, I have material to get attention with.

  • I have to know a person to connect with them. Be known.
  • Take notes on things I want to execute on/care about
  • It’s not a problem to overspend on reaching out to people. If goals are too small, then I invest too little into marketing. I won’t spend money on marketing if I don’t know how to convert it into a sale. Instead- trust my execution.
  • Common mistake- not getting enough attention and being forgotten and not frequent enough attention
  • Common mistake- not repurposing information. Generate multiple benefits from one thing I do.
  • Common mistake- not being relevant. Be where my audience is to meet them where they’re at. How do I stay relevant?
  • Even being surrounded by growth-minded people is great.
  • Take action here and the minute I go, nothing drastic happens overnight however it’s essential to start.
  • I need to be healthy no matter how much money I have.
  • If I want to make more time for people, I need to schedule it.
  • I have the greatest soul to market. I can over-radiate it rather than over-sell it.
  • The ability to share the problem concisely and address pain is more important than anything else. Energy is infectious. It needs to be there. We’re going to do something together. Respect people and take time to provide feedback.
  • Close quickly when someone shows interest
  • Give lots of info when it’s requested and when there’s some level of interest and engagement from that person. Anything that shows interest at any level- make them feel amazing.
  • Fear is a huge inevitable part of being human. I can actually use it to leverage success as I practice demising it. Might as well use it to leverage success until then

  • Take affordable steps. Every time I act, I learn and repeat.
  • Learning from other successful people’s mistakes builds the foundation of my template and informs the lingo in an atmosphere

  • Quality relationships with people involves uphill along the way. Live consciously to grow. No one has ever accidentally climbed up hill. What if I create a life I don’t have to focus on accepting falls but rather consciously climbing? Conscious living is the bridge between where you are and where you want to go.
  • Stronger on inside compared to outside
  • Growth environment: place where others are ahead of me. I want to be around more successful people to grow. Create a list of questions and grow from them
  • Be at a place where I am continually challenged outside my comfort zone
  • Be a leader who is agile
  • Focus is forward with wellness practices to decrease anxiety
  • Love what I’m doing. A way to wake up excited is to feel I’m growing and the way to do that is via action consistently everyday
  • Growth begins to change me inside. It gets to the point where imagination overtakes anxiety about time and with a vast perspective there’s no finish line

  • Cycle for growing: test, fail, learn, improve, reenter. Repeat. Repeat. repeat. Repeat

  • You grow to a dream that is developed from within rather than conceptualized from outside. Prioritize —> High return. Chipping away a little bit everyday at something makes it so it falls eventually and trusting the process is enough for it to eventually be complete with the correct tool in the chipping away. Stay focused. Have consistency until it’s done. No need to go at a different tree if I already started at one already. Otherwise, I have too many scarred trees.

  • Understand what makes me different and do the steps above
  • Partnerships: develop relationships with people who can add value to you and you can add value to them. Develop partnerships who with people who share my agenda. Add value to each other’s everyday as we compliment and complete each other. Resource each other with ideas and tools. Tailor services to each other’s needs. You’re unique. I’m going to make this for you. Never violate the trust because it’s the foundation. I’ll do everything I say. 5 questions for leaders: Do you like me? Can you help me? Can I trust you? Disappointment is gap between expectation and reality. Reward the relationship the longer I’m with somebody. Add value to each other. A life of significance. Significance is connection rather than self-absorption. Working together
  • A communicator takes something complicated and makes it simple. Valuing people is crucial to not manipulate people. Think of ways to add value to people rather than any sort of critical thoughts. Look for ways to add value to people. Do things that add value to people.
  • It’s important to not confuse success with recognition of success. Success is the end result of consistency. Value the process rather than valuing the day of graduation. No one gets rewarded for quitting. Don’t quit before consistency is established. Work with the task to be consistent.
  • Connecting with people is valuing them and caring for them and being their friends.
  • The success of a communicator is how I’m supporting the person I’m talking to

  • You have a guarantee about tomorrow when you’re growing today. When I started, I just tried to hold on. You can’t 10x anything with no resources and tools. 10x is seeing your light and potential with support
  • Execute on ideas. Don’t think you’re better than any task. Don’t do a job half-ass

  • Step away from complicated problems. Breathe and relax when things seem overwhelming and complex.

  • Need to be on the same team to survive via focus. Getting rid of sticking up for yourself takes the guard down if I already decided to work as a team.

  • Don’t work hard to just keep working hard. I can work smarter and be more time- efficient. Increase the speed to which I do well. Doing something that you desperately don’t want to be doing is one of the most painful things in the world
